Thank you to the Ogunmola Family for their fun performance as "The Hot Irons" on Sunday, October 26th. The Halloween Concert has been a favorite neighborhood event for several years, and it was well attended once again.

The QAV Annual Picnic was held on Sunday, September 15th, 2024, at the east end of Crickett Hill Dr.  Over 20 residents attended, and the Creve Coeur Fire Department sent a Fire Truck and crew to visit with neighbors, and allow interested children to explore the fire truck.
The Fire Department also took the opportunity to present a certificate to one of our residents for her heroism in saving a neighbor from a house fire.  We are all proud of Olga, and indebted to her for her brave actions.

The Annual Meeting was held on Monday, June 3, 2024, in the St. Richard Sacred Heart Room.  Copies of the minutes and the FY2025 Budget have been mailed out.

ANNUAL ASSESSMENTS ARE WERE DUE BY JUNE 1st!
If you have not yet paid your Annual Assessment, please do so IMMEDIATELY.  Funds are needed to meet our financial obligations.
